Life is full of challenging situations that can leave us feeling overwhelmed and out of control. In this workshop you will learn mindfulness strategies you can use in the moment when you have these feelings. You will learn to use your thoughts and your breath to help you remain calm and at ease.
No registration is required to attend this free program. It is geared for adults and will also be modified for adults with disabilities.
