Friday 1/6
First Friday Downtown Art Walk – Held at various locations in downtown La Crosse on the first Friday of every month, come down for the first First Friday Downtown Art Walk of the year! Artists, exhibitions, and new collections can be found at River City Gallery, Pump House Regional Art Center, and others from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Plus check out more art at the new Gallery 1802.
Cody & Orrico LIVE at Alpine Inn – Come see Joe Cody and Dominick Orrico perform live at Alpine Inn this Friday night. The evening will entail great music, drinks, food, and company. The show starts at 7:00 pm.
Andy Hughes Live at Fish’s – Catch musician Andy Hughes this Friday night at Fish’s Bar and Grill on the northside of La Crosse. The music starts at 7:00 pm and runs until 10:00 pm. Stop in for food, drinks, and great live entertainment.
Justin Urness and David Armstrong at Popcorn Tavern – Support local music and artists at the Popcorn Tavern this Friday night with Justin Urness and David Armstrong. The music starts at 10:00 pm, there is a $5 cover, and the event is 21+.

Saturday 1/7
Leo & Leona’s Remainders Winter Jam w/Special Guest Tom Conrad – Join the Remainders for their annual intimate winter concert at Leo and Leonas with special guest Tom Conrad on Saturday night. The show will start at 7:00 pm with Tom Conrad kicking things off before the Remainders take the stage. There is a minimum donation fee at the door of $20, and all proceeds will go to the Boys and Girls Club of Greater La Crosse.

Wednesday 1/11
Current Pump House Regional Arts Center Exhibition – Join the Pump House Regional Arts Center in supporting their currently featured exhibition, which will be on display from January 11- February 25, 2023. The exhibition features the works of Lynda Wallis in Trust Yourself to Feel Exactly What You’re Feeling, Jean Weiner in Dance of Light, and K. Daphnae Koop in Elevating the Ordinary.

Coming Up (1/13 – 1/19)
Johnsmith & Friends Annual Concert at the Pump House – The Pump House Regional Arts Center is hosting an evening of music by Johnsmith and friends on January 13 and 14. The doors open at 7:00 pm each night, and the performance will start at 7:30. Irish Folk singer and songwriter Johnsmith will be performing, along with Dan Sebranek, Larry Dalton, and Elisi Smith-Waller. Purchase your tickets soon.
Dine, Dash, & Fly Contest | End of Tour Party – Come down to Pearl Street Brewery on January 14 for the End of Tour Party for the Dine, Dash & Fly contest. Bring your completed contest passport, with at least five different stamps from participating restaurants and a spend total of at least $10 dollars, and get into the party for free! If you haven’t completed a passport, you can purchase tickets for $10 at the door. The party will have a “Dress for your Dream Vacation” Costume Contest, live music, vendors and food.
Small Stage Show at the Alpine Inn – Join the folks at the Alpine Inn for the first evening of their Winter Small Stage Concert Series on Saturday, January 14 at 7:00 pm featuring Hillbilly Rocketship.

On the Road 1/6 – 1/12
Justin Trails Winter Farmer’s Market – Running Saturdays from January to March, head on the road to Justin Trails Winter Farmer’s Market at Justin Trails Resort. From 9:00 am to 1:00 pm shop the market, which includes locally hand and homemade items that feature the best of the Driftless Region. Items vary from body care, consumables, indoor/outdoor décor, and pet treats and goods.
