Cinnamon, maple syrup, and pecans come together to give you a happy new memory of what just went down your mouth…

Sugar Mama is a cookie monster in a way that pleases everyone. She whips up awesome recipes that offer unique takes on timeless classics and also pushes the envelope of what makes a cookie a cookie. She gets her inspiration from wholesome British bake off and nailed it. I believe to grade a cookie master, one must go to the roots of all that is the Chocolate Chip Cookie so we will start there.

OG-Chocolate Chip Cookie

For the longest time the way I liked my chocolate chip cookie is to have some peanut butter in it. Every time without it, it would end up dry and my flavor wouldn’t be on point. This is the first chocolate chip cookie I have had that didn’t need peanut butter to get me going. Its got girth, a gentle golden crust, and a soft sweet center that makes those curls to my mouth that much better.

Cornbread Muffin Top Cookie

Sweet take on a timeless classic of cornbread muffins. Similar texture with a cornbread sponge but sweeter and with the bit of buttercream, it really makes it sing. Haven’t heard of this before so my non-googling self is going to say this is an original work of art. If you like cornbread you should like this!

Brown Butter Pecan

The Browntown everybody loves. Cinnamon, maple syrup, and pecans come together to give you a happy new memory of what just went down your mouth. For those wondering, brown butter is regular butter cooked for a bit which changes its color aroma and flavor profile. It’s delicious and shows the next level stuff sugar mama aint scared to show.

Pumpkin Cinnamon

Muffin-like soft delicate texture, calming sweetness to the frosting. I liked this because it was more spongy and when you’re eating a box of cookies, variance is the key to perseverance.

Leah, the Mama herself, started doing this when school kicked up and left her home too peaceful. So she dove into something she loves, baking cookies. From Fruity Pebbles to cornbread she has been going to town and honing her craft. She told me, “My cookies may not help anyone lose weight but I never want to go on living life regretting not eating that one thing yesterday; So let them eat cookies.”

With so much sour puss in the world, at least take a break for something sweet and try this bit of joy.

All of this is going to be made available in limited releases of half dozen boxes via the Sabadash app. She can also be contacted via her FB page for custom orders or cookie cakes!

Have I mentioned I love this gig?

Hey I’m Abram, a La Crosse towny. I am a person who is always curious. I love food, geology, hiking, biking and drinks of all kinds. I plan on learning more and more about a lot of different things. In my free time I like eating, cooking, gaming, and hiking.
