Viroqua Farmers Market | Western Technical College Viroqua

June 6 @ 8:00 am - 12:30 pm

The Viroqua Farmers Market takes place every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., May through October, at 220 S. Main Street in the Western Technical College parking lot.

More than just a place to shop, the Viroqua Farmers Market is a lively community gathering where residents and visitors connect with local farmers, Amish artisans, and neighbors. The welcoming atmosphere makes it easy to strike up a conversation, learn something new, or pick up cooking tips directly from the people who grow and make the products you love.

Visitors will find a wide variety of fresh, locally produced goods that reflect the agricultural richness of the Driftless Region. Vendors offer seasonal fruits and vegetables, herbs, flowers, plants, and garden goods, many of which are organically grown. Because farmers sell their harvest directly to customers, produce is incredibly fresh — often picked just hours before the market begins.

In addition to farm-fresh produce, the market features an impressive selection of homemade and handcrafted goods, including baked goods, cheeses, honey, maple syrup, jams, preserves, pickles, and a diverse array of arts and crafts. Vendors take pride in their work, often using traditional methods and high-quality ingredients.

Ensuring access to fresh, locally grown food is important to the Viroqua Chamber. Many vendors accept SNAP, WIC, and Senior Farmers Market Nutrition benefits, making it easier for more members of our community to enjoy healthy, local food.

We invite you to join us on Saturday mornings and experience the vibrant energy, fresh flavors, and strong sense of community that make the Viroqua Farmers Market a favorite throughout Southwest Wisconsin.
