Hans Mayer and Hot Sauce is a four-piece band featuring original music by Hans Mayer. Members Wayne Beezley (on mandolin and mandocello., Dedrick Benz on bass and Jessies McDonald on fiddle. The band plays swinging, jazzy originals and well loved covers. All members are well known regional players who are past and present members of popular bands including, the Bus Boys, the Mayer Brothers, Mr. Blink, Blind Baby Olin and String Ties. Take a trip down the Mississippi (on the Wisconsin side) because of the closed bridge going from the Minnesota side.
