You’re invited to join other family child care providers from across the region for a morning of connection, reflection, and meaningful conversation.
Gather & Grow is a welcoming space to be with people who get what you do – to talk honestly about what’s working, what feels challenging, and what could be strengthened as we move forward together. This is a time to reconnect, be heard, and grow together. All family child care providers in the region are welcome.
Schedule:
9:00–9:30 | Arrival & Mingle
Ease into the morning with informal connection and conversation. Coffee and donuts will be provided!
9:30–10:30 | Guided Dream Session

This Pause. Breathe. Dream. experience invites you to slow down, reconnect with your purpose, and reflect on where you are and where you want to go — personally, professionally, and as part of the family child care community. Through gentle reflection and intentional dreaming, you’ll be supported in envisioning what could be when your voice, values, and work are fully honored.
10:30–11:00 | Group Conversation & Next Steps
We’ll come together to share insights and discuss meaningful next steps – including how to strengthen the collective voice of family child care and ensure our region is represented in statewide conversations.
