Family Yoga – Spring Equinox Edition | The Motherhood Collective

Join Emily Sustar for a fun and lively yoga class for the whole family to welcome in spring! We will be incorporating poses, music and games that mimic the growth found outside in springtime.
The focus of family yoga classes is fun, connection, breath, and mindful movement for the whole family. Classes incorporate music, games, and playfulness woven through the practice. Family yoga is most appropriate for children ages 2-12 years old with their adults, but all ages are welcome.
