They are usually A1 sensitive…customers would be able to enjoy all dairy products normally, when made with A2 milk (on products using A2 milk).
Today we chatted with Jon Holthaus of Milkhaus Dairy, this local dairy is raising only cows that produce A2 protein milk which we learned is easier on the stomach and can prevent other intolerance symptoms related to traditional dairy products. We discuss what’s next for the dairy today.
