FREE Classic Flow | PALM + PINE Yoga

This class is FREE to the community and will be led by our current cohort of yoga teacher trainees as they near the completion of their 200-hour study and certification!
Explore the flow of breath to movement with opportunities for longer holds. While the sequence remains consistent, each experience is unique based on the instructor and people in the class.
