Southeast Minnesota Bluegrass Festival – Make the trip to Houston, Minnesota for the Southeast Minnesota Bluegrass Festival running all weekend long. The event is held at Cushon’s Peak Campground and will feature three days of live bluegrass performances by a range of bands. Fest goers are invited to camp at the campground where there will be showers, modern bathrooms, and food service. Purchase your tickets now!
Westby Syttende Mai – Celebrate 55 years of Westby with the Westby Syttende Mai celebration May 20th and 21st. Syttende Mai commemorates Norway’s Constitution Day, and Westby holds their Syttende Mai celebration each year to celebrate their Norwegian heritage. There will be live music, a range of activities for the kids, bake sales, arts and crafts fairs, concerts, a tractor pull, a parade, and a variety of traditional events.
Rockin’ Robyn Music Extravaganza Weekend! – Visit Elmaro Vineyard in Trempealeau, Wisconsin for the Rockin’ Robyn Music Extravaganza Weekend. There will be live music, wine, food, and more! Stop by between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm on Friday and 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm on Saturday.

Cabaret in May: The Greatest Show – Come to the Cabaret in May presented by the La Crosse Chamber Chorale at the Court Above Main. Starting at 6:00 pm on Friday May 19th, see a variety of great performances from popular musicals including The Greatest Showman, Cabaret, A Chorus Line, and Moulin Rouge. Tickets are $70 per person for this wonderful cabaret-style performance.
WRST, D’Funk & the Grease Monkeys, and Magic Conch at Popcorn Tavern – Check out WRST, D’Funk & the Grease Monkeys, and Magic Conch live this Friday at Popcorn Tavern in downtown La Crosse. The music starts at 10:00 pm and there is a $10 cover charge at the door. The performances will range from indie/garage rock to hip hop to rock with talents from La Crosse and Madison.
Tribute to the Songs of Stevie Nicks & James Taylor – Grab tickets for a Tribute to the Songs of Stevie Nicks and James Taylor this Friday night at Leo and Leona’s at 7:00 pm. Dan Sebranek and Tim Kolek will share the stage to bring you a range of James Taylor songs, and Mary Sebranek will sing a tribute to Stevie Nicks with Nancy Stoll Caucutt. Buy your tickets in advance, as the show is expected to sell out.

Driftless: Sam Amidon and the Winona Symphony Orchestra – The Minnesota Marine Art Museum is presenting a concert featuring Sam Amidon, members of the Winona Symphony Orchestra and special guests on Saturday night at 7:00 pm. Weather permitting, the event will take place outdoors in the Riverwalk Gardens of the Minnesota Marine Art Museum on the banks of the Mississippi River. Purchase your tickets soon!
Poses and Pints at Pearl Street Brewery – Join Pearl Street Brewery for Poses & Pints! Led by Sara and Jamie, all levels are welcome to join for yoga at 11:00 am on Saturday. Bring your own mat and towel if you have them (there will be mat rentals for $2). Yoga will be followed by one of their refreshing craft beers; $11 includes a yoga session and one pint!
The Viroqua Beer Walk – Head to Viroqua for the Viroqua Beer Walk on Saturday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. There will be twenty-five craft beers to sample from local and regional producers while exploring beautiful downtown Viroqua. Start out at the Historic Hotel Fortney Lounge to pick up your glass, a map of participating retailers, and your passport, before setting off for an evening of fun. Tickets are limited, so purchase yours soon.

Spring Fling Blues Festival – Ease out of the weekend with the Spring Fling Blues Festival on Sunday afternoon and into the evening at the American Legion – Roy L. Vingers Post #52. There will be live music featuring Howard “Guitar” Luedtke and Blue Max, The Dave Rogers Blues Band, and The Kyle Renfro Trio.
