JJ Slater returns for two days of folk, soul, and rock n’ roll!
From out in New England, with his heart in the American Southwest, JJ has toured the country and Europe with his telecaster, wielding songs that recall the loping grooves of classic Americana with the harmonic and structural sophistication of 70’s-era LA jazz-rock. He’ll be playing his record, “The Silver Key”, as well as new material being road-tested, and cuts from his upcoming JJ Cale tribute album.
The band will be playing 2-5 pm Saturday AND Sunday, and are known to stretch out and take songs in different directions. One day will feature a front-to-back performance of new record “The Silver Key”. One day the full JJ Cale tribute album coming out this Summer. They’re going to flip a coin to pick which
