Stand-up Comedy Workshop Series | Coulee Arts
Led by La Crosse’s own Lizz Brannon and Paul Bratsch, this 4-session stand-up comedy workshop will provide you with the guidance and tools to create and perform your own 5-minute stand-up comedy set.
The workshop culminates in an open mic where participants will perform their set in a supportive environment in front of a real crowd. We need joy and laughter now more than ever! Come experience this empowering form of self-expression—and find community, inspiration, and laughter along the way!

Wednesday, October 7 – Session 1: Getting Started
Wednesday, October 21 – Session 2: Joke Writing
Wednesday, November 4 – Session 3: Performance Tips
Wednesday, November 18 – Open Mic (open to the public and outside comedians as well)
Time: 6:30–8:00 PM
Cost: $80 General / $60 Student for all four workshop dates
