Women Initiating Safe Environments Course | Three Rivers Martial Arts Academy

The Women Initiating Safe Environments Course sponsored by The Three Rivers Martial Arts Academy is an 8-week program where women ages 12+ will work through fear to empowerment as you learn assault prevention, escape techniques, home, car and workplace security, situational awareness, and social/community safety. The W.I.S.E. program is the #1 version of self-care; showing you how powerful you can be. It is life-saving, street-level, and realistic. You will learn to protect yourself, with amazing women next to you, all while having a lot of fun. The teachers are such a supportive group and encourage you to be the strong woman you were born to be.
