In each class participants will explore a variety of seated poses or standing shapes with support of the chair, which can improve flexibility, balance, and reduce stress. A focus on the breath and short meditations will be integrated throughout the class. Certified yoga instructor, Jamie Pedretti, will lead each session offering choices and modifications so every participant feels empowered and supported. Registration is recommended but not required.
