Restore your core after your pregnancy in this 4-session class for individuals 6 weeks or more postpartum, led by Kelly Diehl, PT. Sessions take place on Wednesdays from 11am – 12pm, at the Healthy Living Center in La Crosse. Sign up costs $80 which covers attendance of all 4 sessions in a series, as well as a 1-month free trial membership to the YMCA; reimbursement for missed sessions is not an option. Maximum of 10 participants.
