Mental Health Wellness, Connection & Hope Support Group | Franciscan Spirituality Center
May 1 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Meets every Thursday. Registration is not required. Attend any or all sessions as your schedule permits.
This FREE group is for anyone seeking mental health wellness, connection and hope. We gather weekly to listen to, and learn from, each other. We’ll also share educational information about mental health. This group is based on the premise that it is a safe space, where what is shared is considered confidential. No one is required to speak or share their story. You can simply choose to listen if that feels best.
Therese Ann Roellich is the facilitator of the group, along with other support people. Therese is trained as a Peer Support Specialist with the state of Wisconsin. She has personal lived-experience, being in recovery with both mental health conditions and substance-use addiction. Therese has spent many years advocating for those living with addictions, mental health conditions and experiencing homelessness.
