Experience an evening of iconic American music as acclaimed pianist Michelle Cann joins the La Crosse Symphony Orchestra for Gershwin’s dazzling Piano Concerto in F Major.
Blending the energy of jazz with the power of the full orchestra, Gershwin’s concerto moves from bold rhythms and sweeping melodies to an exhilarating finale.
The evening also features two works by Samuel Barber, including the deeply moving Adagio for Strings and his dramatic Symphony No. 1, plus an Armed Forces Salute honoring our veterans.
