Artistic expression offers the opportunity for spiritual growth, transformation and healing. This monthly open watercolor studio is a chance to play and learn new techniques without worrying about perfection or finished product. Meet new friends and practice listening to your heart as you paint.
You are invited to attend any or all sessions. Each month features a different theme.

Supplies needed: Supplies needed: watercolor paints and paper, pencil, pen, brushes, paper towels, water container, reference photo or object (depending on theme). Supplies are provided to in-person participants, but feel free to bring your own paints, brushes, etc.
APRIL THEME: Nature is one of the most consistent sources of generosity and inspiration in our lives. We will focus on cultivating a sense of presence — the willingness to simply pay attention and notice the quiet beauty around us. Select an object with character that speaks to your spirit. Our practice will be simplifying shapes with color and light. I chose an old wren house to paint. I keep my eye on it every spring in anticipation for the new family that will move in.
