Yoga + Nature Club | State Road Elementary School

Yoga + Nature Club (ages 5 – 13) blends engaging age-appropriate yoga practices with hands-on outdoor activities. Each session will include yoga poses, mindful breathing techniques, games, storytelling, and mindfulness techniques. Curiosity, compassion, and fun will be at the center of the experience – while participants deepen an appreciation for self, others, and nature.
Open to all experience levels! Caregivers are welcome to attend or drop off. The session will include a walk along the Chad Erickson Park Trail.
