
Return to Running Workshop | The Motherhood Collective

Returning to activity postpartum is a physically and emotionally demanding process. Your body has been through a lot, and maybe you are searching for clues on how to approach activity in this new season. We are offering a 90-minute workshop focused on returning to running after having a baby. An educational session on body awareness to empower and encourage you to be an active participant in your healing journey will be followed by breathwork and strength that ties together foundational movements for running.
You will be sent home with tools to safely and intentionally start and/or continue your return to activity process. Whether you are itching to get out the door or looking for motivation, there is a place for you in this space. We hope to see you there! Babies are welcome to join you!
