Live band, dancing, food, and beverages are at Concordia. Voted Best Dance Floor. $10 at the door. Public is welcome. Polka, waltz, swing, fox trot and other dances are popular.
Non-dancers can enjoy the music, dancers and the lovely atmosphere of this wonderful historic building. Many single people attend the dances therefore partners are not required.
Keith Zweifel and the State Line Playboys, of Avalon, WI, put on a real show, playing polkas and waltzes plus a lot of country and swing — old standards like Merle Haggard and Johnny Cash, as well as modern pop. This band has 55 years of experience; they portray German spirit mixed with a little rock ‘n roll.
